Divad Sanders is Program Director for the Newark, New Jersey, Community Street Team Overdose Response Team. He shares details of how the birth of his son put him on the path to helping people in recovery, the use of meaningful engagement in his work, and the positive impacts in his community as a result of his agency's support of services for individuals working toward recovery.
