This Model Overdose Reversal Agents Act gives legislators and policymakers the means to expand access to overdose reversal agents in the state and thereby save more lives. It is comprehensive, so legislators can completely replace any overdose reversal agents laws currently in place with this Act or use individual provisions from it that best address the needs of the state.
