Driving Change: Redefining Law Enforcement and Public Safety
The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) is dedicated to bridging communications between policing entities and the local communities our members serve. NOBLE recognizes that the level of responsibility the law enforcement profession across the nation faces has never been greater. This webinar offers innovative solutions designed to change the culture of policing into one where reform reflects equity, high competence, and—most of all—confidence as the ever-changing needs of our communities are addressed.
This webinar features panelists who highlight three main objectives centered on redefining the roles law enforcement and public safety agencies have and how both can work together with other organizations/departments to address the stimulant and opioid crisis alongside racial and ethnic disparities of policing.
