Understanding Each Other’s Roles and Language

This session will highlight the Public Health and Safety Team (PHAST) toolkit, which identifies successful strategies for reaching a shared understanding of opioid use disorder and the ways in which partners use language similarly or differently, and how rural communities have used these strategies to increase coordination and communication across systems and stakeholders.
